These are the prices for a commission from me. These prices are subject to change at any time for any reason and without notice.

**I will raise the price of your commission according to how complex your requested background is (if you want a complex background).

Naruto fanart (sorry, this is the one series money will not persuade me to draw fanart for)

RULES

- All my work (the only exception is sketches) is done DIGITALLY. I do not offer traditional media commissions at this time.
- As of right now, I am only accepting payments via PAYPAL. Sorry if this causes an inconvenience for you.
- You will not, under any circumstances, decide you want something different once I start CGing the commission.
- Pay close attention to the above lists of what I will and will not draw. If you ask me to draw anything from the list of things I won't draw, your request will be denied.
- If you need this commission done by a certain date (for example, you need it done by your friend's birthday), TELL ME. But please, let me know of a deadline at least two weeks beforehand.
- Once I send you the finished commission, you may do whatever you wish with it, as long as you don't edit/claim as your own or sell it. Credit for the image I draw is all I ask.

PROCEDURE
1. ] First, send me note titled "Commission Request". Comments on this journal or my front page will be ignored. If you don’t have a deviantART account, send me an e-mail at whatura@yahoo.com. (Please don’t send both. One is enough.) The note/e-mail must contain the following information:

Your name: (devaintART username is fine)
Type of commission: (Example: Waist-up, soft cell-shaded, and a gradient background)
References of character(s): (Images are preferred, unless you can give me and extremely detailed written description.)
Details: (Any details you want. If you want a complex background, reference pictures are a must.)
Deadline (if applicable): (Again, please give me at least a two-weeks notice.)
Ways of contacting you: (I have MSN, Yahoo IM, and AIM. I am on MSN most often. If you would rather e-mail me, my e-mail address is whatura@yahoo.com)

**Your note must include references for the characters. Even if your commission contains characters from an anime/cartoon, I WILL NEED REFERENCES.**

**Also, I will need a way to contact you, to show you the initial sketch and send you the finished product. I'm usually on MSN, but if you don't have that I will gladly log on to AIM for you.**

2. ] If your request is accepted, you will be put on the list of accepted commissions.

3. ] Once you are accepted, you will pay me HALF of the commission price (via Paypal, send to whatura@gmail.com) before I start. This first payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. (see #5 for more information)

4. ] Once paid the first half of the price, I will sketch out your commission and show a low-resolution version to you.

**If your request is only a sketch (no color, no background) I will send you the high-resolution .PSD (or .PNG, of you don't have Photoshop) of the image if you like it, after you pay me the other half of the commission price.**

5. ] If you like the sketch, you will pay me the rest of the price to finish it in the way you requested.

**If you don't like the sketch, I will re-sketch it differently and show you again. However, I WILL ONLY RE-SKETCH A COMMISSION ONCE. After that, you either have to pick between the two pictures I've sketched, or forget about it. If you choose to abandon the commission, I will keep the first half of the commission price you already paid me, sort of as a "you made me do this for nothing" fee. It's only fair.**

6.] Once completed, I will send you the high-resolution .PSD file (or .PNG, if you don't have Photoshop) after you pay me the second half of the commission price.
